    Great article Kathleen

Several years ago that was a shift of thinking for me. I found that while I had been talking about helping others, I was still living from,"what's in it for me?"

Now, as my human self and spirit are more aligned with, "how can I be of help to you," there is a great sense of joy and abundance in each day. When I show up authentically with people AND be of service to them too...well, that's one of the best feelings ever!

    Cheers,
    Lorraine
