Achievement for achievement’s sake is ultimately a journey with a dead end.
achievement
We know the self is demanding and will continuously hunger for more. The adrenaline of achievement becomes addictive when done only with our best interest in mind, but like any addiction, there is a price. We disconnect from a purpose grander than ourselves and waste our gifts on an ego that is never satisfied.
achievement
To be self-centered is void of purpose and empty of possibility.
achievement
When our achievements contribute to the well-being of a community, a family or another, our purpose is realized and everything is possible.
