I needed that reminder. Thank you for sharing!

    Hi Kathleen,

A lovely reminder about the importance of change in our lives.

Even the current global economic situation is a great opportunity for individuals and businesses to embrace change or, as Oprah likes to say, "...find a new way to stand" and grow stronger as a result.

    Charles DuBois said:

"The important thing is this: To be able at any moment to sacrifice what we are for what we could become."

In other words, we have to change in order to evolve into the person we came on this earth to be.

    Best wishes

    Nickolove

Thank you for your lovely message Nickolove.

Earlier today I took a nice hike to a river, sat and thought about what would benefit others in this time of global transformation.

The very best thing we can all do is to live our lives as an example of what is possible. What this simply means is to live a life of trust, love and joy regardless of outward circumstances.

What we see externally may actually be the reflection of what we experience internally.

Great reminder, especially when a lot of the change we're resisting is change we, ourselves, set in motion.
